The Reserve Fund was established in mid-2019 and holds 15% of investors' interest. Roger uses the fund to cover any losses incurred by those whose claims become uncollectible. We took this step to better protect the investments of Roger's investors and to reduce the risk of collective investment.
The reserve fund will be dissolved once a year, at the end of the year, among all bad debts arising in the 12 to 24 months prior to the start of the year. Any surplus after the annual settlement will be carried forward to subsequent years.
